Dave joined SWR Inc. in 1990, where he held the position of Plant Manager for five years and then became vice-president of National and International Sales in 1995.Dave now operates the Ebensburg (Pittsburgh), PA office for the RF Specialties Group.

After working in the fledgling microcomputer industry in the late 1970’s, he returned to college to pursue a career in Broadcast Engineering. After graduation, he spent two years working for the United States Navy as a Television Studio Engineer. He returned to Mercer County Community College in 1988 were he was Asst. Chief Engineer for WWFM the Classical Network . Besides the radio station, he continued in television and began teaching technical courses for the college’s Radio and TV Production program. For the last six years, Phil was Chief Engineer of WWFM and retired on January 1, 2009.
